The A. W. Perry Homestead Museum is a scenic, 640-acre plot of land that was claimed by a pioneer family in 1844. The museum there, located inside the main house, uses authentic furnishings, art works and other artifacts to paint a picture of domestic life in early north central Texas. The museum lies just south of the downtown area, next to Gravley Park.
Open Wed. - Sat. 10:00 a.m. - noon and 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
